For all our services, Please keep in mind the following:

DEPOSIT:
 To book and appointment we require a deposit for microblading and lash extensions. We may require a deposit with any service if you have multiple no shows or late cancellations. Your deposit is a retainer reserving the technician/artist’s time. Your retainer fee will be applied toward your balance on the day of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable.
 
LASH EXTENSIONS ONLY: We want you to adore your new lashes! If within 48 hours of your appointment you notice anything that needs a little tweak, just say the word! We're happy to make adjustments within this timeframe to ensure you're head over heels in love with your lashes.
Remember, after 48 hours, lashes start settling in & adjusting to your unique beauty routine. If you have any questions or concerns beyond that, we're always here to chat & find a solution that makes you flutter your fans with joy!

PAYMENT:
 Your balance is due in full on the day of your procedure. We also accept Cash, Zelle, as a form(s) of payment. We DO NOT accept personal checks.


RESCHEDULING POLICY:
 You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, 72 hours or sooner will result in the loss of the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 72 hours or sooner and/or same day cancellation and NO SHOW will get charged 100% of the scheduled service price. 

​LATE POLICY:
 Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Beauty Arts Laser & Aesthetics will cancel your appointment, resulting on the loss of the deposit and will  charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
